About us

Not just harnesses. A partner for your machine.

We design and build custom electrical systems for mobile machinery. Every project is developed together with the customer, and we follow it through to pre-series.

Our method

From survey to pre-series.

  1. Technical drawing of a compact machine with calipers, a pencil and a connector
    01

    Gathering information

Functions, working environment, constraints: we start from the machine and the people who use it.

  2. Tape measure laid along the corrugated conduit fixed to a machine frame
    02

    Dimensional survey

We measure routes, envelopes and mounting points: every branch is the right length.

  3. Monitor showing the 3D model of the harness inside a tractor frame
    03

    Technical documentation

The construction and functional layout and clear diagrams, shared with you and approved together.

  4. Harness prototype on the assembly board, among pegs and cable ties
    04

    Prototype

We build the prototype for tests and trials on the vehicle.

  5. Connectors plugged into a test board with the indicator lights on
    05

    Testing

Every harness is tested pin-to-pin with CK Technologies equipment.

  6. Six identical pre-series harnesses, coiled and lined up
    06

    Pre-series and support

Once the tests are passed, we move on to pre-series. And we stay at your side afterwards too.

Sectors

Every machine, its own harness.

Working machines and special vehicles: this is where our electrical systems are at work.

Tracked mini excavator with its work lights on
Farm tractor with its lights on
Electric forklift truck
Self-propelled articulated boom lift
Compact road sweeper with its side brushes
Self-propelled feed mixer wagon with a front cutter
Snow groomer with a front blade and an LED bar

…and much more. Every machine has its own electrical system: if yours is not on the list, tell us about it. Let’s talk

Quality

Every wire, verified.

All our wiring harnesses are tested electronically, on test boards that we design and build ourselves.

    Test boards and test adapters

For every harness, we design and build our own board and adapters to test it on.

  2. 02

    Electronic testing

Every circuit is checked pin-to-pin with CK Technologies equipment.

  3. 03

    PASS result

The tested harness is ready for your machine, together with the project documentation.
